HOW TO DO A NASAL WASH WITH THE NETIPOT

The Neti pot is a small plastic jug and must be filled with warm water (possibly purified) to which you must add a teaspoon of pink salt from HImalaya or whole sea salt for every 500 ml of water used. Do not exceed the doses because otherwise the salt could cause burns.

At this point get on the sink lean forward a little and insert the spout of the lota in one nostril by slightly bending the head on the opposite side and let the water that, entering from one nostril, will come out from the opposite one (obviously to do this you will have to breathe through the mouth).
