OIL essential to MINT ARVENSIS

100% Natural

The essential oil of Menta Arvensis , also called field mint or wild mint, is obtained from the steam distillation of the leaves of Mentha arvensis , a plant of the Lamiaceae family.

The Menta Arvensis is very similar to that of Peppermint, but the arvensis has a higher menthol content than peppermint, which makes it makes it therapeutically more powerful but also a little more aggressive.

Known for its many properties, Mint Arvensis essential oil is used in cases of:

Repellent for insects and animals

Rats and mice intensely hate the smell of arvensis mint, and the fresh leaves were once scattered around homes and spread into barns to keep rodents away. For a relaxing foot bath you can use chamomile instead of water, to which then add some dried lavender flowers and add a cup of tea black (it is an excellent remedy for fighting bad odors)
Once finished the foot bath , it is important to dry your feet very well. Subsequently, remove the calluses and dry skin with a pumice stone, or rely on the callus remover
After the exfoliation, it is advisable to complete the pedicure with the Aloe moisturizing foot cream, in order to protect and nourish the skin.
