Known for its many properties, bergamot essential oil is used for:


Gargling / halitosis / abscesses / mouth infections

Put 5 drops of bergamot essential oil in a glass of warm water and rinse twice a day.

Acne / blackheads

3 drops of bergamot essential oil to add to the moisturizer or al tonic to obtain an astringent effect. To help dilate the pores, pour 5 drops of bergamot essential oil in a bowl of boiling water (help get rid of blackheads using sterile gauze). Do this practice once a week. After the vapors it is ideal to pat the skin with the tonic and spread a veil of aloe gel or calendula face cream . Or once a week or every 15 days, after vaping, use a clay mask , which re-generalizes and balances the sebum.

Bath salts

Add 20 drops of bergamot essential oil to 150gr of sea salt, mix everything with the help of a wooden stick, let it rest for about 30 minutes and then pour the salts into the bath with hot water and remain immersed at least 20 minutes.

Perfumed and disinfected laundry
